The Journey Of The Soul

So caught up on what we've done,

that we forget that life is fun.

 

So hung up with guilt complexions,

negative thoughts are like infections.

And so we never break the cycle,

and lose our energy so vital.

'Cause the real power is in the now,

and if we know ourselves we shall...

...break the patterns of a thousand lifetimes,

and give up being scared and frightened.

Climb to the top of the assention tower,

and come into our humble power.

We will have hic ups now and again,

but what's the point in feeling shame.

EVERYBODY makes mistakes,

everybody's heart will ache.

Everybody has regrets,

but the REAL lesson's to forgive, not forget.

And in your future quantum leap,

be sure the lessons are there to keep.

As a reference to keep things in order,

to respect ourselves and others borders.

All we are seeking is a heart that's clean,

and nothing can buy that, no American dream.

So when we have climbed to the top of assention,

then perhaps we'll transcend to another dimension.

But until then we have lessons to learn,

and our sensitive hearts are going to burn.

And until the human problem's solved,

there is no escape 'til we truly evolve.

So surf the waves, embrace the tides,

or else it may be a stormy ride.

Take each lesson with a warm embracing.

'cause it's all about the journey AND the destination.

And fasten your seat belts for the trip of a lifetime,

until that fine day when you're completely enlightened.
