There used to be a time,

when our health care was our choosing,

when alternative practitioners,

were respected 'cause they knew things.

But post 2020,

the things have been a-changing,

'cause now the doctors orders are

wear a mask and sit there caged in.

Now allopathic medicine,

has become the people's saviour,

and many things have modified,

including our behaviour.

Now visiting our families,

is deemed as non-essential,

where house arrest is mandatory,

it is enough to drive you mental.

Yet not so long ago,

we would heal ourselves with juicing,

essential oils and salt baths,

or the latest trend that's soothing.

There used to be an era,

when we had medical autonomy,

when the mainstream didn't fear ya,

to the point we'd surrender our sovereignty.

Where hemp was known to heal,

with an ample dose of sunshine.

Fresh air and keepin' it real,

with music, dance and love and fun times.

We'd put our feet up by the pool,

in the summer and eat some melon,

and if we had the winter flu,

we'd drink some honey ginger, lemon.

And if you felt a little rough,

then you'd keep it well hydrated.

A little lemon water was enough,

never out-dated.

Fruits and veggies and good fats,

were just simple common logic,

whilst deep fried stodgy crap,

our common sense told us to dodge it.

But then one day our common sense,

went flying out the window,

and all because of 'The Common Cold',

re-branded with a different lingo.

The fear of an external threat,

an invisible unmerciful enemy.

Yet fear equals internal theft,

and destroys our biochemistry.

Whatever happened to natural med's,

from herbs to homeopathy?

'Cause it seems that allopathic med's,

have hijacked the monopoly.

It all began with the snake oil scam,

all Rockerfeller funded.

They later conspired to further their plan,

to take over all under sundry.

They controlled the mainstream media,

the food and petrochemicals.

Their plan conniving, devious,

psychopathic and unethical.

With a vax that breaks the Nuremberg code,

no approval and largely untested.

With no liability, it's uninsurable bro,

and it skips all your natural defenses.

There is another word for that,

it's known as Medical Tyranny.

So if you're smart you'll ignore all that,

or else pray for a sudden epiphany.

'Cause the things that really make us ill,

are largely environmental.

From pesticides, to rapeseed oil,

to sweets to heavy metals.

To invisible enemies like EMF's,

or electro-magnetic waves.

4/5G will make your health regress,

and give you an early grave.

You see, our cells converse electrically,

but so do all our 'smart' phones,

invisible light, they work on, you see,

and their use, - biological arson.

So make yourself and cozy nest,

nourish and hydrate you,

and remember this game is just a test,

of your soul that will make or break you.

Then rather than fixating,

on external threats alone,

first learn to fix your internal terrain,

as your body is your temple, your home.

And environmental toxins,

manifest in many forms,

not just our air and food and water,

but our frequencies, thought forms.

So emotions such as fear,

will make stress hormones rise,

and this in turn will clearly,

leave our systems compromised.

They have us down as useless eaters,

with social security number,

when in fact we're social creatures,

and we are made to love each other.

And oxytocin, is a hormone,

that's released through love and affection.

It's effect is anti-viral,

and it will bless us ALL with protection.

They've tried to fool us with false notions,

that we are the source of dis-ease.

When in fact we are beings of loving emotions,

and our touch will put others at ease.
