Weight Watchers


Are you trying to lose weight? 
Success isn't all that great? 

Majority that populate, 
the west are likely to relate. 


Here's some advise I advocate, 
think about what's on your plate. 

Can't get off carbohydrates? 
need a fix of chocolate? 

Did you know sugar dehydrates, 
as well as make you constipate. 

Until your body rehydrates, 
you will blow up & inflate. 

Which ever way you toxicate, 
your body tries to liquidate. 

When poisons accumulate, 
your fat begins to duplicate. 

When your food over concentrates, 
your functions will debilitate. 

In turn your lard will situate, 
in face & thighs it will locate. 

Burgers will contaminate, 
better to disassociate. 

Fries and bangers may equate, 
to eighteen stone heavy weights. 

TV dinners terminate, 
GM foods make you mutate. 

Do not fry burn or cremate, 
to do this is to devastate. 

Your body can't tolerate, 
a meal of hydrogenates. 

Eat polyunsaturates, 
they help your brain to lubricate. 

Waste of time to evaluate, 
the calories that you intake. 

Remember we're like primates, 
wild not domesticates.

Therefore our food co-ordinates, 
fruits we can assimilate. 

Lettuce I will advocate, 
ginko it will oxygenate. 

If you must sophisticate, 
then make your food elaborate. 

Salads you can marinate, 
or sprinkle seeds to decorate. 

Want to be a feather weight? 
the figure of your dreams awaits. 

If only you can dedicate, 
you'll see yourself rejuvenate. 

Watch your flab evaporate, 
double chins eliminate. 

The time to change is not too late, 
so there's no call to hesitate. 

Your body you can liberate, 
and when you do, you'll celebrate. 

What will it take to motivate? 
Are you a primary candidate?
