The Power of Now

 

A small fraction of the mistake, 

are the actions that we take.

  The remainder is when we dwell,

over again, our problems swell.

A mind set filled with doubt is daft,

why do we fret about the past?

Worry, wont you ever learn,

it never brings that which we yearn.

Whilst we think of what we missed,

ironic that we do just this.

 *

Don't let today be the tomorrow,

that yesterday gave you sorrow.
  *

An Oak tree in full grown form,

as beautiful as an Acorn.

  We were not born with gills and fins, 

so just enjoy the thrills life brings.

 *
Life's a breeze & never grey,
when we learn to Seize The Day.

Why identify with then,
when you can act it out again.
  *
Past is old, gone is that hour,
present hold the point of power.
*
  The future brings what we allow,
tomorrow springs out of the now.
*
  What's behind does not exist,
just keep in mind that This Is It!!
